To think that you will always be part of the lives of the kids and people you have met over there and they will be part of yours... that's indeed very cool. You have been an excellent teacher for the kids, a great colleague for the other teachers and a very gracious guest/daughter/sister to the host families. It must be satisfying to know that you have done your best and left a positive mark in their lives. <br /><br />Your Korean must be really good for kids to write their notes in Korean. It captures her feeling (I would venture to guess that the note was from a girl?) that is difficult to translate.
